双炔失碳酯(2α,17α-双乙炔基,A-失碳雄烷-2β,17β-双羟基、双丙酸酯。简称抗孕53号)为我国自制的探亲避孕丸。本文报道一些新的药理结果。一、双炔失碳酯α和β型的纯化 具有抗生育作用的双炔失碳酯为 C_2位α和β差向异构体的混合物。实验用氧化铝低压柱层析成功地将混合物分离得光谱纯α型和β型的异构体。两种异构体分别给雌性大鼠灌服5mg/kg,结果α型有明显抗着床作用,而β型则无。
Anordrin (2α, 17α-bisethynyl, A-caprolactone-2β, 17β-bishydroxy, dipropionate, referred to as anti-pregnancy 53) for China’s homemade visit to contraceptive pills.
