本文介绍了锆、锗加入元素对恒弹性合金性能与组织结构的影响情况。 恒弹性合金的性能,由于Zr、Ge的适量加入,具有明显的改善与提高,尤其是机械品质因素Q值显著增加。Zr对于恒弹性合金组织的影响主要是通过生成的Ni_5Zr金属间化合物共晶体,从而改善了Ni_3Ti(η相)沉淀相分布形态及抑制其成长速度来达到的。实验证明:恒弹性合金中Zr、Ge的最佳含量在:Zr~0.80%,Ge~0.1%。 本文从恒弹性合金组织结构特点出发,初步探讨了Zr、Ge加入元素对于性能作用机理的若干问题。

In this paper, based on the characteristics of the structure of constant elastic alloy, some problems about the action mechanism of Zr and Ge added elements are discussed preliminarily.
