患者,男,47岁。因鼻塞5年于2008年3月19日入院。患者自发病以来,无鼻出血等其他不适,既往体健,否认家族遗传病史。入院时体检:鼻黏膜肿胀,鼻甲肿胀表面不平,鼻腔见分泌物。全身淋巴结未触及肿大。血常规及生化未见异常。X线胸片及腹部、泌尿系B超未见异常,鼻窦冠状CT示双鼻息肉
Patient, male, 47 years old. 5 years due to nasal congestion on March 19, 2008 admission. Since the onset of patients, no other bleeding nose discomfort, previous physical health, deny family history of genetic disease. Physical examination on admission: swelling of the nasal mucosa, swelling of the nasal turbinates, and nasal secretions. Whole body lymph nodes did not touch swollen. No abnormalities in blood and biochemistry. X-ray and abdominal abdomen, urinary tract B-no abnormalities, nasal sinus CT showed nasal polyps
