初中的美术课程是培养学生审美意识和艺术鉴赏力的课程,可以陶冶学生的情操,激发学生的艺术创造力。目前大多数初中学校的美术教学都局限于美术教材的知识,有一些局限性。为了提高美术教学的有效性,更好地满足学生的艺术追求,有人提出将民间美术融入初中美术的教学中,让学生接触民间美术的元素,借此来丰富美术课堂的教学内容,弘扬中国传统文化。民间美术是劳动人民在长期的生活、劳动中不断形成和发展起来的,与实际生活联系紧密,具有丰富的思想感情。将民间美术与初中美术教学相融合,既可以培养学生的艺术鉴赏力,又能对民间美术进行保护和传承。
