由于石油等能源资源的短缺以及对保护地球环境的迫切需求,节能的诸多努力在各个领域付诸实施。对于液压设备,占据系统主要能耗的油源的节能成为关键。近年来,变量液压泵油源(VD油源)和变频液压泵油源(INV油源)已被广泛使用。提出了一种带有一个蓄能器的间歇性运行的液压泵油源(ACC油源)。ACC油源的优势通过建模和简化负载模型已进行了实验论证。该研究比较VD油源、INV油源和ACC油源在某一稳定供油流量条件下的耗电、泵输出压力、转速和效率。同时,确定了蓄能器容积、上下界限压力比对ACC油源的效率和开关周期的影响。
Due to the shortage of energy resources such as oil and the urgent need to protect the global environment, many efforts to save energy have been implemented in various fields. For hydraulic equipment, energy savings of the oil source occupying the main energy consumption of the system become critical. In recent years, variable hydraulic pump oil source (VD oil source) and variable frequency hydraulic pump oil source (INV oil source) have been widely used. An intermittent operation hydraulic pump oil source (ACC oil source) with an accumulator is proposed. The advantages of the ACC oil source have been demonstrated experimentally by modeling and simplifying the load model. This study compares the power consumption, pump output pressure, speed and efficiency of a VD oil source, an INV oil source and an ACC oil source at a steady supply flow rate. At the same time, the influence of accumulator volume, upper and lower limit pressure ratio on the efficiency and switch cycle of the ACC oil source was determined.
