作者收治了29例髓母细胞瘤术后放疗病人。年龄2～53岁。男女之比为1.4:1。27例病理为髓母细胞瘤,2例为结缔组织性(desmoplastic)髓母细胞瘤(蛛网膜内瘤)。放疗一般在术后3～4周开始。全颅照射采用~(60)钴γ线治疗。椎管照射大多亦采用60钴治疗,个别幼儿采用电子感应加速器19MeV的电子束照射。开始8例只照射后颅凹,剂量为40～50Gy,以现在观点来看治疗是不适当的。21例采用全脑照射,其中9/21后颅凹照射45～49Gy,12/21为50～55Gy。椎管照射量为20～36
The authors treated 29 patients with medulloblastoma after radiotherapy. Age 2 ~ 53 years old. The ratio of men to women was 1.4: 1.27 with medulloblastoma and 2 with desmoplastic medulloblastoma. Radiotherapy generally 3 to 4 weeks after surgery began. Whole-brain irradiation with ~ (60) cobalt gamma ray treatment. Most of the spinal canal irradiation is also treated with 60Co, and some young children use 19MeV electron beam electron beam accelerator.
