用MT_1和MT_2各三种形式,间隔2～3周免疫Balb/c小鼠3～4次,结果表明:偶联形式MT_1和MT_2抗血清效价分别达到和超过1:25600;单位形式MT_1和MT_2抗血清效价为1:6400和1:25600,而自聚体形式的MT_1和MT_2的免疫效价仅在1:60以下。
The Balb / c mice were immunized three to four times with three different doses of MT_1 and MT_2 at 2 to 3 weeks intervals. The results showed that the titer of MT_1 and MT_2 antisera reached 1: 25600 respectively, The titer of MT2 antisera was 1: 6400 and 1: 25600, while the autoimmune titer of MT_1 and MT_2 was only 1:60.
