目的 总结嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治经验。方法 回顾分析我科1990～2000年手术治疗的32例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料,总结该病的主要临床表现、诊断依据、治疗原则及术前、术中、术后控制血压的方法。结果32例手术均成功。术后病理证实1例为恶性,31例为良性。27例患者血压恢复正常。结论 术前应明确诊断,严密监控血压,充分的术前准备,行手术治疗是根本的治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of pheochromocytoma surgically treated in our department from 1990 to 2000 were retrospectively analyzed. The main clinical manifestations, diagnosis basis and treatment principles of the disease and the methods of controlling blood pressure before, during and after operation were summarized. Results 32 cases were successful. Postoperative pathology confirmed one case was malignant, 31 cases were benign. Twenty-seven patients returned to normal blood pressure. Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis should be clearly monitored, closely monitor blood pressure, adequate preoperative preparation, surgical treatment is the fundamental treatment.
