目的分析在口腔正畸中应用螺旋CT三维重建的效果。方法将2012年10月-2014年11月到医院实施口腔正畸的140例患者随机分为研究组和对照组各70例,对照组采取X线片进行扫描,研究组应用螺旋CT进行扫描,且基于三维重建应用表面遮盖法以及高分辨率最大密度投影法等观察患者阻生齿、埋伏齿、牙根情况,并借助于三维软组织重建观察患者肌肉情况,应用曲面断层、多平面重建等观察患者牙齿排列以及牙根排列情况。比较分析2组观察情况。结果研究组阻生齿、牙长轴倾斜、埋伏牙和牙列拥挤,部分为牙缺失、早期骨性急性、半侧颜面发育不全检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过本次研究结果的分析可知,在口腔正畸中应用螺旋CT三维重建实施检查诊断,可为临床治疗方案以及矫治计划的制定提供合理且准确的参考依据。
Objective To analyze the effect of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in orthodontics. Methods 140 patients with oral orthodontics from October 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into study group (70 cases) and control group (70 cases). The control group was scanned by X-ray and the study group was scanned by spiral CT. The surface occlusion and the maximum density projection method based on 3D reconstruction were used to observe the impacted teeth, ambush teeth and root of the patients. The patients’ muscle condition was observed by three-dimensional soft tissue reconstruction, and the patients were observed by means of surface fracture and multiplanar reconstruction Tooth arrangement and root arrangement. Comparative analysis of two groups observed. Results In the study group, the prevalence of obstructed teeth, long axis of incisors, crowded teeth and crowding of dentition was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The analysis of the results of this study shows that the application of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in the orthodontic examination can provide a reasonable and accurate reference for the development of clinical treatment plans and treatment plans.
