因工件焊接性差、刚性大以及现场条件限制等原因,大型铸件断裂的焊接修复一般不容易获得成功。本文通过对电站比较典型的机座、缸体、端盖等铸件断裂焊接修复过程有关技术问题的分析研究,总结了多种焊接修复工艺并获得成功的实例,涉及栽丝法、加低碳钢垫板及增加加强板法、加镍条法等;阐述了在大型、焊接性差而且刚性大的铸件焊接修复工作中,必须采用综合性的优化工艺措施,才能确保成功。
Welding repair of large castings is generally not easy to succeed due to poor weldability, high rigidity and limited site conditions. In this paper, the typical technical problems such as base, cylinder block, end caps and other castings are analyzed and studied in this paper. Several examples of successful welding repairing process are summarized, including planting method, adding mild steel And the method of adding plate strengthening, adding nickel strip method, etc .; expounds in the large, poor weldability and rigidity of the casting welding repair work, we must adopt a comprehensive optimization process measures to ensure success.
