眼球摘出术后使用自体真皮脂肪植片充填眼窝,是一种较为理想的手术方法。1987年初以来,我们采用此方法治疗眼球摘出术后的眼窝塌陷,上限睑凹陷和手术后不能安置假眼的病人30例,平均观察二年,外观和假眼的活动均令人较为满意的效果。手术适应症: 绝对期青光眼。外份性眼球萎缩。炎症后眼球穿孔萎缩穹窿结膜变浅睑球粘连结膜囊缩窄,先天性小眼球。小睑裂、下睑外翻。儿童视网膜母细胞瘤的眼球摘出术采用真皮脂肪植片可保持幼儿眼眶的正常发育,安置假眼后随访较其它植入物容易观察。对成年人的脉络膜恶性黑瘤和其他恶性肿瘤已侵犯眶内容者,或眼球、眼眶正处于炎症状态者,均禁止采用此方法。
