国有企业高管薪酬问题因事关企业效率和社会公平,一直是社会各界高度关注的敏感话题。完善国有企业高层管理人员的薪酬管理制度,是规范我国收入分配秩序、深化我国国有企业改革的迫切需要。本文试图在分析国企高管薪酬制度的问题的基础上,探讨完善国企高管薪酬制度的对策。
The issue of top management compensation in state-owned enterprises has always been a sensitive topic of great concern to all sectors of society due to its impact on the efficiency and social equity of enterprises. Improving the salary management system for top management in state-owned enterprises is an urgent need to regulate the order of income distribution and deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. This article tries to discuss the countermeasures of perfecting the executive compensation system of state-owned enterprises on the basis of analyzing the problem of executive compensation system in state-owned enterprises.
