目的:研究蟾砂胶囊的抗肿瘤作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠S180,H22实体瘤模型随机分为6组,ig连续给药10 d,蟾砂胶囊给药剂量为8.6,4.3,2.15 g.kg-1,测定小鼠实体瘤重量、抑瘤率等指标,研究蟾砂胶囊的抗肿瘤作用;注射环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下,测定小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数等指标,观察蟾砂胶囊对免疫功能的影响。结果:蟾砂胶囊可明显抑制S180和H22荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长,蟾砂胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,瘤重减少0.3~0.8 g,与平消片组比较,中剂量、高剂量组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),3次重复实验结果一致,抑瘤率分别为19%~46%,18%~40%;蟾砂胶囊各剂量组皆能够提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏质量、脾脏指数及吞噬功能;蟾砂胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,高剂量组能明显延长S180小鼠的存活时间。结论:蟾砂胶囊可在一定程度上抑制肿瘤生长、提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫力、延长荷瘤小鼠的存活时间。
Objective: To study the antitumor effect of Toad Capsule and its effect on immune function in mice. Methods: The mouse S180 and H22 solid tumor models were randomly divided into 6 groups. The rats were administered with ig for 10 days continuously. The doses of the toad capsule were 8.6, 4.3 and 2.15 g.kg-1. Tumor rate and other indicators to study the anti-tumor effect of toad capsule; immunosuppression caused by injection of cyclophosphamide in mice, measured the spleen index, thymus index and other indicators to observe the effect of toad capsule on immune function. Results: Toad capsule can significantly inhibit the tumor growth of S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice, compared with the saline group, the weight of the tumor decreased 0.3 ~ 0.8 g. Compared with Pingxiao Tablet group, (P <0.05). The results of the three replicates were consistent and the tumor inhibition rates were 19% -46% and 18% -40%, respectively. All doses of Toad Capsule could increase the spleen of immunocompromised mice Quality, spleen index and phagocytosis. Compared with the saline group, the high dose group could significantly prolong the survival time of S180 mice. Conclusion: Toad capsule can inhibit tumor growth to a certain extent, improve the immunity of tumor-bearing mice and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice.
