目的为有效降低念珠菌性阴道炎的发病及复发率提供依据。方法对2006—2010年就诊的648例念珠性阴道炎患者资料进行分析。结果患者以34～44岁居多,已婚者为主,学历偏低,大部分为外来人口。大多数患者饮食不规律,居住条件差,有不良的卫生习惯,共用浴巾浴盆,个别未婚者有不洁性生活史。648例病例治愈率为75.0%,复发率为25.0%。5年收治病例数逐年增加,治愈率逐年上升,复发率逐年下降。结论应加强保健知识宣传,有效降低念珠菌性阴道炎的发病率及复发率。
Objective To provide basis for effectively reducing the incidence and recurrence of Candida vaginitis. Methods The data of 648 patients with rostro-vaginitis who were treated in 2006-2010 were analyzed. Results The majority of patients were 34-44 years old, mainly married people, with low education level, mostly migrants. Most patients with irregular diet, poor living conditions, have bad health habits, sharing bath tub, individual unmarried have a dirty life history. 648 cases of cure rate was 75.0%, the recurrence rate was 25.0%. The number of cases admitted in 5 years increased year by year, the cure rate increased year by year, the relapse rate decreased year by year. Conclusion Publicity of health knowledge should be strengthened to effectively reduce the incidence and recurrence rate of candidal vaginitis.
