城市大型商业设施的投资建设,是我国商业发展和房地产建设中一个值得高度关注的热点。以摩尔、大型购物中心为代表的城市大型商业设施开发,对我国城市商业的发展和城市社会系统的变迁产生了复杂深刻的影响。本文基于项目社会评价理论的视角,研究了我国城市商业开发项目的社会评价问题。文章在回顾项目社会评价理论发展进程的基础上,分析了城市商业开发项目社会评价的现实必要性,并结合我国构筑和谐社会的目标,提出了城市商业开发项目社会评价体系。
The investment and construction of urban large-scale commercial facilities are a hot spot worthy of great attention in the business development and real estate construction of our country. The development of large-scale commercial facilities in the city, represented by Moore and shopping malls, has had a profound and profound impact on the development of urban commerce and the changes in urban social system. Based on the project social evaluation theory, this paper studies the social evaluation of urban commercial development projects in China. On the basis of reviewing the development process of social evaluation theory, the article analyzes the necessity of social evaluation of urban commercial development projects and puts forward the social evaluation system of urban commercial development projects based on the goal of building a harmonious society in our country.
