报导了精确测定非晶态金属密度的测量方法,对于体积约为0.1厘米~3的小型试样,其测量误差不超过0.004克/厘米~3。测量了由熔体喷丝法制备的PdSiCu_(16.5-6.5)(原子%)非晶态合金的密度随冷加工变形率的关系,其结果符合A.S.Argon所提出的形变热激活转变态理论。在45%变形率之内,该非晶态合金密度ρ随冷拉变形率ε的关系满足下式: ρ=(ρ_0-B/(A+B))e~(-(A+B)ε)+B/(A+B)将测量结果与晶态金属及同种非晶态材料的有关报导结果作了比较和讨论。
A method for the accurate determination of amorphous metal density has been reported. For small samples with a volume of about 0.1 cm -3, the measurement error does not exceed 0.004 g / cm 3. The relationship between the density of PdSiCu_ (16.5-6.5) (atomic%) amorphous alloy prepared by melt spinning method and the deformation rate of cold working was measured. The results are in accordance with A.S. Argon’s theory of deformation heat activated transformation. Within the 45% deformation rate, the density ρ of the amorphous alloy satisfies the following formula with respect to the cold deformation ε: ρ = (ρ_0-B / (A + B)) e~ (- A + B) ε ) + B / (A + B) The measurement results are compared and discussed with the reported results of crystalline and amorphous materials.
