Carrying out the activities of deepening and practicing the scientific outlook on development throughout the party is the primary political task for the present and in the coming period. It is also an inevitable requirement for leading cadres of party members to raise political literacy and work standards and better shoulder the important responsibilities handed down by the party and the people.
