周予同(1898—1981),原名周毓懋,学名周蘧,浙江温州瑞安人。父亲是清末廪生,家境并不宽裕。少年时期曾就读于晚清朴学大师孙贻让所办的蒙学堂,小学毕业后考入瑞安中学,在史学家陈介石的一位门人教育下,养成对文史的爱好。1916年以第一名成绩考入北京高等师范学校国文部(北京师范大学前身),1919年“五四”运动中,他正在高师三年级肄业,被推为校代表,参加过“火烧赵家楼”的斗争。
Zhou Yu Tong (1898-1981), formerly known as Zhou Yumao, Zhou Ming Zhou, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province Ryan. His father was born in the late Qing Dynasty, his family is not well-off.
