多重总体分解是化探工作数据处理的重要手段之一.本文从多重总体分解遵循正态分布的数理原理出发,探讨了正态分布与地球化学背景值、背景上限值或异常下限值的内在联系,并阐述了利用正态概率格纸作图的依据及方法。文中对现行的多重总体分解计算方法进行了改进。改进后的方法使拐点确定更灵活、更趋合理,且具有计算简单、便于掌握、数据可靠的特点,使分解出的分布更为合理、科学和准确.
