目的研究镁对于大鼠机体抗氧化状态的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠分别饲喂正常、高镁及低镁日粮,实验末测定血清镁和各种抗氧化指标含量。结果日粮中添加0.2%或0.4%镁显著提高了抗氧化酶活性(P<0.05),降低了组织中丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。有机镁与无机镁对于抗氧化酶活性的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。结论日粮中镁含量充足能够降低动物机体的应激反应。
Objective To study the effect of magnesium on the antioxidant status in rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were fed normal, high magnesium and low magnesium diets respectively. At the end of the experiment, serum magnesium and various antioxidant indexes were measured. Results Adding 0.2% or 0.4% magnesium to the diet significantly increased the antioxidant enzyme activity (P <0.05) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the tissue (P <0.05). The effects of organic magnesium and inorganic magnesium on the antioxidant enzyme activities were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Adequate dietary magnesium can reduce the body’s stress response.
