论文通过丰富的数据以及问卷调查，对天津市金融人才的学历状况、职称状况、积极性发挥状况和培养状况进行了详细的分析；并针对天津市金融人才目前存在的问题，提出了若干条改进措施。通过天津市与国内以及国际若干个大城市的比较，阐明了天津市的金融实力与差距。论文最后通过“专家调查法”等方式，对天津市金融人才需求进行了短期与长期预测
Through abundant data and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the educational status, professional titles, enthusiasm of Tianjin financial professionals and the status of their cultivation in detail. In addition, aiming at the existing problems of financial professionals in Tianjin, this paper puts forward some improvement measures . Through the comparison between Tianjin and several major cities in China and other countries, the financial strength and the gap of Tianjin are clarified. At the end of the thesis, we make short-term and long-term forecasts on the demand for finance professionals in Tianjin through “expert investigation method”
