2010年初春,在仁寿县一个废旧的养猪场里,派出所民警查获了一个隐蔽的地下制毒点。由此展开调查追踪,一条跨多省区的麻黄素非法制售冰毒产业链被眉山公安局和四川省公安厅联合挖出,毒枭徐正邦、陆延康数十名犯罪嫌疑人相继落网。此案被公安部评为“本年度迄今为止全国最大的制贩毒品、非法买卖制毒物品案件,也是效果最好的案件之一!”
In the early spring of 2010, in Renshou County, a waste pig farm, the police station seized a hidden underground poisoning point. As a result, tens of thousands of criminal suspects, including drug gangs Xu Zhengbang and Lu Yankang, were arrested one after another by the Meishan Public Security Bureau and the Public Security Department of Sichuan Province. The case was rated by the Ministry of Public Security as “the nation’s largest drug-trafficking and illicit trade in narcotics manufacturing and pharmaceutical products so far this year and one of the best-performing cases!”
