在京石段应急供水工程建设过程中,中线建管局利用科学的管理手段并结合工程建设的实际情况组织开展了行之有效的项目管理,积累了一些宝贵的经验,同时也存在有待商榷的一些问题。总结了项目管理中的经验,并探索了待商榷的问题。
During the construction of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Emergency Water Supply Project, CBMI has organized effective project management by using scientific management methods combined with the actual situation of project construction, accumulated some valuable experiences, and some problems remain to be discussed . Summed up the experience in project management, and explored the issues to be discussed.
