高新技术成果转化是在现实的生产实践中实现的,而现实的生产实践蕴涵着丰富的社会内容。技术成果自身转化的全过程都伴随着人与人之间的市场交易过程,因此,对转化过程中所体现的人与人之间的市场交易关系的认识,更具有现实意义。成果转化过程要尊重自然规律,但鉴于成果转化的市场交易属性,因此,在尊重自然规律的基础上,还必须尊重技术成果转化的市场规律。
The transformation of high-tech achievements is realized in the actual production practice, while the actual production practice implies a wealth of social content. The whole process of the transformation of technological achievements is accompanied by the process of market transactions between people. Therefore, it is more practical to recognize the relationship between people and markets in the process of transformation. The process of outcome transformation should respect the laws of nature.
