慢性肾炎１００例（男性５４例，女性４６例；年龄３６±ｓ１２ａ）其中普通型５０例、肾病型２７例及高血压型２３例；病程３．２±１．６ａ。采用益肾宝胶囊４粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ×３０ｄ治疗。结果：临床症状及周身水肿等均有显著好转。普通型及肾病型２４ｈ尿蛋白（包括系列微量蛋白）均显著降低，血清血红蛋白、白蛋白均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）。肌酐清除率的升高及血清肌酐的降低仅普通型有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。而高血压型疗效不显著。总有效率普通型、肾病型及高血压型依次为９０％，８２％及７０％。益肾宝无明显毒副作用。
Chronic nephritis in 100 cases (54 males and 46 females; age 36 ± s12a), including 50 cases of common type, 27 cases of nephropathy and 23 cases of hypertension; duration of 3.2 ± 1.6a. Yishenbao capsule 4, po, tid × 30d treatment. Results: Clinical symptoms and peripheral edema were significantly improved. The urinary protein of 24 hours (including series of trace protein) of common type and nephropathy were significantly decreased, and the serum hemoglobin and albumin were significantly increased (P <0.05 or 0.01). Increased creatinine clearance and decreased serum creatinine were only common (P <0.01 or 0.05). Hypertensive effect is not significant. The total effective rate of common type, kidney disease and hypertension followed by 90%, 82% and 70%. Yishen Po no obvious side effects.
