目的:评价补肾活血方对BPH大鼠的疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:实验研究采用SD大鼠去势后皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮法复制BPH模型,用形态计量学方法研究各组前列腺组织的形态改变;用免疫组化法研究实验各组前列腺组织的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达。结果:补肾活血方可以缩小增生前列腺腺体的体积,并抑制VEGF、bFGF的表达。结论:补肾活血方用于治疗BPH,能缩小前列腺体积,作用机理是可能是通过抑制VEGF、bFGF的表达,进而抑制前列腺增生。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang on BPH rats and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: SD rat model of castration was used to replicate the BPH model by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate. Morphological analysis was used to study the morphological changes of prostate tissue in each group. Immunohistochemical method was used to study the vascular endothelial growth of prostate tissue in each group. Expression of factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Results: Bushen Huoxue Fang can reduce the volume of proliferating prostate gland and inhibit the expression of VEGF and bFGF. Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Fang is used to treat BPH, which can reduce the volume of prostate. The mechanism of action may be through inhibiting the expression of VEGF and bFGF, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of prostate.
