我从教不久就意识到,要想成为一名合格的教师,必须首先懂得点学生学习方面的知识。不了解知识接受的过程而单方面竭力传授知识,就等于忽略知识传授的原则。 由于对学生学习的问题有许多疑问,我曾研究了教育心理学家Jean Piaget对儿童认识能力的有关论著。他的观察和分析精湛地解释了儿童如何思考问题、如何认识周围的世界,这对我启发很大。我觉得怎样正确引导儿童从简单化的思维自然地过渡到复杂抽象的思维过程,对任何教师的确是重要的。 然而,应该怎样来教大学一年级学生呢?他们只是“大小孩”吗?就他们在克制青春骚动的同时又表现出对大学生活的独立性和责任感这方面而言,他们的表现或行为或许是“大
As soon as I started teaching, I realized that in order to become a qualified teacher, I must first understand how to learn from students. Without understanding the process of knowledge acceptance and unilaterally trying to impart knowledge, it means ignoring the principle of knowledge transfer. Due to many questions about student learning, I studied the theory of educational psychologist Jean Piaget on children’s cognitive ability. His observations and analysis have superb explanations of how children think about issues and how they know the world around them, which inspired me greatly. I think it is indeed important for any teacher to correctly guide the child’s transition from simplistic thinking to a complex and abstract thinking process.
