卷叶金丝桃(Hypericum revolutumVahl)系从非洲马拉维收集到的。其根皮的石油醚提取部分在试管试验中有抑制人结肠癌Co—115细胞系生长的作用。根据其活性部分的追踪分离,得到二个贯叶金丝桃素(hyperforin)衍生物:其中之一为hypere—volutinA(II_1),经X光分析为4羟基—8—挂—甲基—5.7—挂—双(3—甲丁烯2基)—1—(2—甲—1氧丙基)—8—内(4—甲戊烯—3基)二环—〔3.3.1〕辛烯(3)—2.9—二酮。另一化合物(II_2)根据其紫外、~1H和~(13)CNMR
Hypericum revolutum Vahl was collected from Malawi, Africa. The petroleum ether extract fraction of its root bark inhibited the growth of the human colon cancer Co-115 cell line in vitro.
