群众文化,经常被以“业余”视之。由此对群众文化本质认识产生的偏差,既损害了人民群众的文化主体地位,又不可避免地带来了文化发展上的诸多问题,值得我们深思。笔者根据自己的工作经验,对群众文化工作提出了自己的几点看法。一、群众文化是人民的文化,是全部文化活动的根基群众文化是相对于专业文化以外的、群众创造和参与的文化活动。人民创造了文化,群众文化的演进和提升,是全部文化的历史。在文化发展过程中,文化工作者把群众创造的一切文化内容归纳、提升、凝炼为有规则的形式。其中凝聚着广大人民群众对世界和自身的历史认知和现实感受,积淀着最深厚的精神追求
