我县新民区有九乡—镇,原来有四个民办幼儿班,176个幼儿,随着工农业生产的大跃进,广大劳动妇女迫切要求解放生产力,幼儿班在五月份五天之内,就发展到163个班,招收987个幼儿,入园儿童达适龄幼儿的％以上,做到了社社都有幼儿班。由于发展很快,教养员都是新参加工作的学生,业务不熟悉,方式方法少,在小娃娃面前感到束手无策。他们不知道怎样上课,该讲些什么,一天就让娃娃乱跑,乱跳,跌的跌跤,滚的滚在水田里,哭的哭,闹的闹,家长反映不好。这样一来,幼儿缺席很多,有的幼儿班形成要垮台的样子。教养员情绪也不安,有的被孩子气哭了,有的不願干,要求回家生产。区乡党委和上级文教部门责成我们加强辅导。我们立即组织教师座谈、讨论,大家认为要使民办幼儿班办得好,提高民办教养员的政治业务水平是一个关键问题。大家提出“人人献计,个个动脑,不准垮台,作好辅导”的行动口号,并订出辅导计划。辅导办法如下:
