目的研究根治性手术与姑息手术在胆管结石过程中的治疗效果。方法结合55例肝胆管结石合并胆管癌病例的临床资料分析,其中23例行根治性手术病例,32例行姑息手术的病例。结果 4

目的研究根治性手术与姑息手术在胆管结石过程中的治疗效果。方法结合55例肝胆管结石合并胆管癌病例的临床资料分析,其中23例行根治性手术病例,32例行姑息手术的病例。结果 41例病例为胆管腺癌,14例病例为黏液癌。55例的平均随访时间为3年9个月,根治组病例平均存活时间是26个月,姑息治疗组病例的平均存活时间是10个月。根治组术后,生存到1、2、3年以上的概率分别为95.7%,54.5%和27.3%,姑息组术后,生存1年的概率为37.5%,无2年生存者。结论肝胆管结石反复发作炎症患者实施根治性切除手术能够延长
