党的十七届四中全会从世情、国情、党情的深刻变化出发,提出了建设马克思主义学习型政党的战略任务。建设马克思主义学习型政党,基础工程是建设学习型党组织。云南立足边疆民族地区实际,在推进党员干部学习、建设学习型党组织方面进行了一些有益的探索,既深化了对建设马克思主义学习型政党的认识,又积累了建设学习型党组织的经验。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party set out from the profound changes in the world conditions, the national conditions and the party’s conditions and put forward the strategic task of building a learning party of Marxism. Constructing a Marxist Learning Political Party and Basic Engineering is to Build a Learning Party Organization. Based on the actual situation in the frontier ethnic regions, Yunnan conducted some useful explorations on promoting the study of party members and cadres and building learning party organizations, deepening their understanding of building a learning party of Marxism and accumulating experience in building learning party organizations.
