为研究用于特殊液压动力系统的开敞式离心泵的水力性能,设计了含方形压力舱的开敞式离心泵系统,对该离心泵进行了水力性能测试、内流场PIV测试,建立整个回路系统模型进行内部流动分析并预测性能。介绍了开敞式离心泵模型结构、试验装置、试验方法和数值模拟方法,内流和外特性的试验结果与数值模拟结果取得了较好的一致。研究结果表明,开敞式离心泵由于受到扩压腔和压力舱结构的限制,压力舱内流动损失明显,其性能明显低于普通蜗壳式离心泵,在有限的压力舱里提高开敞式离心泵性能的关键在于合理设计扩压腔和压力舱出口管结构。
In order to study the hydraulic performance of an open centrifugal pump used in a special hydraulic power system, an open centrifugal pump system with a square pressure chamber was designed.
