Established in 1952, the Northeast Jincheng Construction Group Co., Ltd. was founded as a state-controlled large-scale construction enterprise. It was called the Construction Engineering Corps of the Rear Service Department of the Northeast Military Region and mainly engaged in the construction of the rear bases in the Northeast Theater.
