目的探讨TLR9和TLR4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并与正常组织进行对比,总结其临床意义。方法选取2010年3月至2012年8月间收治行手术切除的49例非小细胞肺癌患者,应用免疫组化方法检测TLR9和TLR4在30例癌旁正常组织和49例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况。探讨非小细胞肺癌在临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移与TLR9和TLR4之间的相互关系。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9阳性率为93.9%(46/49),TLR4阳性率为59.2%(29/49)。正常肺组织中TLR9阳性率为16.7%(5/30),TLR4阳性率为10.0%(3/30)。非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9和TLR4的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TLR4的表达与非小细胞肺癌的肿瘤分级关系密切(P<0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR9和TLR4呈高表达状态,且肿瘤分级与TLR4的表达关系密切,在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中二者可能有所参与,为非小细胞肺癌的治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To investigate the expression of TLR9 and TLR4 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to compare with normal tissues to summarize their clinical significance. Methods Forty-nine patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgical resection from March 2010 to August 2012 were enrolled. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TLR9 and TLR4 in 30 paracancerous tissues and 49 non-small cell lung cancer tissues The expression of the situation. TLR4 expression was closely related to tumor grade in non-small cell lung cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions TLR9 and TLR4 are highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the relationship between tumor grade and TLR4 expression is closely related. They may be involved in the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Treatment provides new ideas.
