本研究使用Digora系统及常规X线根尖片进行牙长度测量并对两种技术及结果进行比较。随机选择临床病人22例,分成两组:上前牙组及后牙组各11例,于上前牙组及后牙组受检牙根管内分别插入025号根管锉及015号根管被后摄片,使用平行投照技术摄制常规根尖片(dentalfilm,DF)及Digora数字化图像(简称DR)。测量根管锉在牙内长度将两种方法测量结果进行配对;检验结果显示:前牙组DR(增强前)与DF,DR增强后)与DF,DR增强前与增强后各组测量值之间无显著性差异;后牙组各组测量值之间有显著性差异。本研究结果表明,使用025号根管控进行牙长度测量,Digora系统可获得与DF相同的结果,但可减少X线剂量60%~80%。而使用015号根管性进行牙长度测量时,DF测量数值低于DF
The present study used the Digora system and conventional radiographs to measure tooth length and compared the two techniques and results. Twenty-two clinical cases were randomly divided into two groups: 11 cases in the upper anterior teeth group and the posterior teeth group, 025 root canal files and the 015th root canal in the anterior teeth group and the posterior teeth group respectively Photographs were made using parallel projection techniques to record conventional dental filum (DF) and Digora digitized images (DR).
