以往在传统应试教育的影响下,学校考核总是以教师的教学成绩为主,家长在评价教师的时候也总是以教师的教学成绩为主。如此一来,教师在评价学生的时候毫无疑问地也会以学生的学习成绩为主。在这种“以成绩为主”思想的误导下,致使部分教师在课堂教学中一味重视学生学习成绩的提高,严重忽视甚至无视学生思想品质的培养。教师对学生学习成绩的过分看重和对学生思想品质的严重忽视会造就更多“有才无德”的“坏才”。鉴于此,在课堂教学中渗透德育刻不容缓!可喜的是,随着新课程改革的不断深入,德育已经成为课堂教学的三维目标之一,即情感、态度与价值观目标。借鉴相关教育教学理论研究成果,结合初中数学课堂教学实际,浅显谈一些初中数学教学中德育的渗透策略,也就是情感、态度与价值观目标的实现策略。
In the past, under the influence of the traditional examination-oriented education, the assessment of teachers always takes the teaching achievements of teachers as the main factor. When parents evaluate teachers, they always rely mainly on their teaching achievements. As a result, teachers will undoubtedly focus on student achievement when evaluating students. Due to the misleading thoughts of “taking grades as the main factor”, some teachers caused some teachers to attach importance to the improvement of students ’academic performance in class teaching, seriously neglected or even ignored the cultivation of students’ ideological quality. Teachers’ over-emphasis on students’ academic performance and serious neglect of students’ ideological quality will create more “talent without virtue ” “bad talent ”. In view of this, it is urgent to penetrate moral education in classroom teaching. It is gratifying that with the deepening of new curriculum reform, moral education has become one of the three-dimensional goals of classroom teaching, that is, the goal of emotion, attitude and values. Draw lessons from relevant research results of education and teaching theory, combined with junior high school mathematics classroom teaching practice, briefly discuss some junior middle school mathematics teaching moral education infiltration strategy, that is, the realization of emotional, attitude and value goals.
