八十年代以来,我国幼儿教育进入了一个蓬勃发展与深化改革的新阶段,随着人们认识的不断提高,如何对幼儿进行全方位的素质培养已成为幼儿教育亟待研究的新课题。在这样的背景下,对幼儿师范学校培养新师资的素质与能力的要求也相应日益提高。然而,当前我们幼教改革对师资培养质量还存在着某些不适应的现象。主要表现在以下几个方面:
