通过论述企业人才队伍建设的策略,指出企业要以人才战略为先导,制定企业总体发展战略,培养高层次人才,不断探索企业人才队伍建设的有效方法和途径,以适应时代发展的客观要求,从而确保企业的持续发展。
By discussing the tactics of enterprise’s talent team construction, it is pointed out that enterprises should take talent strategy as guide, formulate overall development strategy of enterprise, cultivate high-level talent and explore effective methods and ways of building enterprise’s contingent of talents in order to meet the objective requirements of the development of the times.
