伴随我国非公有制企业迅猛发展,具有党员身份的进城务工人员越来越多,流动范围愈来愈广,对其研究也越来越深入。不仅中央有一系列加强流动党员管理工作的文件,而且各级党组织、党务工作者、党建专家都认真研究,目前,虽然研究取得了不少成果,但对流动党员的一体管理的研究还相当薄弱。因此。加强非公有制企业流动党员管理现状的研究具有十分重要的理论意义、政治意义和实践意义。
