目的:探讨脉络宁对突发性耳聋的临床疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法:使用脉络宁注射液治疗突发性耳聋30例,并与用低分子右旋糖酐及ATP、辅酶A、维生素B6的30例作对照,观察两组患者间及治疗前后的血液流变学指标变化及临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率分别为86.67%及60%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在治疗后全血黏度明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:脉络宁是治疗突发性耳聋的有效药物,该药效果好,价格低廉,且用药时间短,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect and curative effect of Mailuoning on sudden deafness. Methods: 30 cases of sudden deafness treated with Mailuoning injection were treated with 30 cases of low molecular dextran, ATP, coenzyme A and vitamin B6 as control, the change of hemorheology indexes were observed between the two groups before and after treatment And clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% and 60% respectively in the two groups. The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The whole blood viscosity of the observation group was obviously decreased after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Mailuoning is an effective drug for the treatment of sudden deafness. The drug has good effect, low price, short medication time and no adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
