采用干法灰化处理氢化松香甘油酯样品,以ICP-AES法测定其中Fe、Al、Zn、Cu、Pb和Ni 6种金属离子的含量。通过正交实验考察ICP仪器工作参数,结果表明最佳测定条件为射频功率1300 W、雾化器流量0.70 L/min、试样提升量2.00 mL/min、辅助气流量0.20 L/min、等离子体流量15 L/min,方法检出限为0.000245-0.006018μg/mL。此法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好、对环境污染小,可多元素同时测定。
The samples of hydrogenated rosin glycerides were treated by dry ashing, and the contents of six metal ions such as Fe, Al, Zn, Cu, Pb and Ni were determined by ICP-AES. The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the working parameters of ICP instrument. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: RF power 1300 W, atomizer flow 0.70 L / min, sample lift 2.00 mL / min, auxiliary flow 0.20 L / min, plasma Flow rate of 15 L / min, the detection limit of the method is 0.000245-0.006018μg / mL. This method is simple, fast, high sensitivity, good accuracy, small environmental pollution, simultaneous determination of multiple elements.
