本文提出一种催化极谱测铝的新方法。通过正交试验确定的底液条件为HOAc(0.005mol·L~(-1))-NaOAc(0.1mol·L~(-1))pH 5.8,铬蓝黑R(7.2×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1))。底液中加入氨基乙酸,可增强方法的抗干扰能力。铝离子浓度在7.4×10~(-8)~2.2×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)(0.002~0.6μg·ml~(-1))内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系。极谱波的性质为催化波,电极反应为试剂还原。试验部分一仪器与试剂 JP-2型示波极谱仪日立U-2000型双光束紫外可见分光光度计缓冲溶液:pH 5.8,HOAc(0.01mol·L~(-1))-NaOAc(0.2mol·L~(-1)) 铬蓝黑R溶液:7.2×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1),称取0.0300g
In this paper, a new method for the determination of aluminum by catalytic polarography is proposed. The conditions of the substrate solution determined by orthogonal experiment were HOAc (0.005mol·L -1) -OAc (0.1mol·L -1), pH 5.8, Chromium Blue Black R (7.2 × 10 ~ (-5) ) mol·L -1). The addition of glycine at the end of the liquid can enhance the anti-interference ability of the method. The concentration of aluminum ions showed a good linearity with the peak current in the range of 7.4 × 10 -8 ~ 2.2 × 10 -5 mol·L -1 (0.002-0.6 μg · ml -1) relationship.
