心理学研究表明,儿童通过小组合作能够富有成效地学习,而且在教学实践中,适时地使用这一教学策略也是卓有成效的。实践证明,把学生分成小组是一种开展教学的有效方法,这一方法能够增强学生在学习中的积极性和兴趣,增加学生在学习语言过程中的实践机会,培养学生习得与学得紧密结合。但是这一教学理念在平时的教学实践中却远不如它在公开课和论文中那样风光无限,我在教研组中对我们组的5位老师进行了调查,他们觉得小组合作的有效性受到这些方面的制约:
