在相同变形量、变形温度以及微量合金元素条件下,研究轧后穿水冷却对热轧钢材组织性能的影响,并与轧后空冷状态下的组织性能进行比较。结果表明:轧后空冷状态下的钢材边部组织为铁素体+珠光体,心部组织也为铁素体加珠光体,心部晶粒度等级约为7.0级;轧后穿水冷却下的钢材边部组织为回火索氏体,心部组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度等级约为8.5级,其淬透层深度为1.60 mm;轧后穿水冷却的热轧钢材的伸长率为22.68%,与空冷的24.30%基本相等,但其屈服强度提高了39.20%,抗拉强度提高了23.23%。
Under the same deformation, deformation temperature and micro alloying elements, the effect of water cooling after rolling on the microstructure and properties of hot-rolled steel was studied and compared with the microstructure after rolling. The results show that the edge of the rolled steel is ferrite + pearlite and the heart is ferrite plus pearlite. The grain size of the core is about 7.0. The edge of the steel is tempered sorbite, the heart is ferrite + pearlite, the grain size is about 8.5 grade, and the depth of hardened layer is 1.60 mm. The rolled hot rolled steel Elongation of 22.68%, which is basically equal to air-cooled 24.30%, but the yield strength is increased by 39.20% and the tensile strength is increased by 23.23%.
