目的 :探讨脑卒中患者外周血中SIL 6R和SIL 2R水平的变化及其相关性。方法 :本文对脑卒中患者 (脑出血 30例 ,脑血栓 30例 )外周血可溶性白细胞介素 6受体 (sIL 6R)和白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平进行检测和其相关性进行分析。结果 :脑出血患者外周血sIL 6R和sIL 2R水平高于正常对照组 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ;P <0 0 1) ;脑血栓患者外周血sIL 6R和sIL 2R水平高于正常对照组 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1;P <0 0 1) ;脑出血和脑血栓患者外周血sIL 6R和sIL 2R相关性经统计学处理无差异 ,即sIL 6R和sIL 2R水平不相关。讨论 :sIL 6R在脑缺血区可诱导T、B淋巴细胞分化 ,增强免疫反应 ;sIL 2R可增强IL 6对T细胞增生的诱导作用。因此 ,脑卒中患者机体处于高免疫反应状态 ,这种高免疫反应状态有利于病人的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the changes of SIL 6R and SIL 2R in peripheral blood of patients with stroke and their correlation. Methods: The levels of soluble interleukin 6 receptor (sIL 6R) and interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) in peripheral blood of 30 stroke patients (30 with cerebral hemorrhage and 30 with cerebral thrombosis) were measured and their correlations were examined analysis. Results: The levels of sIL 6R and sIL 2R in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of sIL 6R and sIL 2R in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral thrombosis were significantly higher than those of normal controls There was no significant difference between sIL 6R and sIL 2R in peripheral blood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral thrombosis, that is, the levels of sIL 6R and sIL 2R were not statistically different (P <0.01 or P <0.01) Related. Discussion: sIL 6R can induce T and B lymphocyte differentiation in ischemic area and enhance the immune response. SIL 2R can enhance the induction of T cell proliferation by IL-6. Therefore, patients with stroke are in a state of high immune response, and this high immune response is beneficial to the patient’s recovery.
