2010年是新媒体发展史上极具标志性意义的一年。中国新媒体发展在全球视野中表现出三个重要发展特征。在全球新媒体快速发展和不平衡格局中,中国已成为全球新媒体用户第一大国,涌现了一批新媒体民族品牌,新媒体的民族品格和中国特色彰显。在社会化、融合化发展大势下,中国新媒体形态日益丰富,在新闻传播和社会发展中的作用越来越积极,主流作用凸显。中国在新媒体高速普及化发展中,建设与管理新媒体的能力在不断提高,新媒体发展的有序性和规范化日渐提升。
2010 is a landmark year in the history of new media development. The development of new media in China shows three major developmental characteristics in the global perspective. In the rapid development and imbalance of new media in the world, China has become the number one new media user in the world and a number of new media national brands have emerged. The ethnic media and Chinese characteristics of the new media have also been highlighted. Under the general trend of socialization and integration, China’s new media has become more and more prosperous. Its role in news dissemination and social development has become more and more active and its main stream has become prominent. In its rapid development of new media, China’s ability to build and manage new media is constantly improving. The orderliness and standardization of new media are on the rise.
