随着国内市场竞争日益加剧、运营成本不断增加,采购逐步发展成为企业一项重要的战略能力,而不简单的是一个后台职能。企业对具有专业知识、技能的采购人员的需求与日俱增。有业内人士分析,国内从事采购业务的人员大多是半路出家,未接受过系统的专业化教育和培训。所以新入职的采购工作人员能力和素质越高,越能在采购行业发挥其潜在价值,才能有办法降低采购成本,才能使自己服务的企业经济效益有所提高。
