2005年河南省认真贯彻落实中央1号文件和《河南省人民政府关于进一步加快发展水产业的意见》(豫政〔2004〕74号),水产业发展形势喜人。全省水产养殖面积达到345万亩,比2004年增加39.3万亩;水产品总产量达到51.7万吨,比2004年增加9万吨,增长21%;水产行业实现总产值76.5亿元,比2004年增加18亿元,增长31%;渔民人均纯收入3670元,比2004年增加130元。几项主要指标均为近几年来最高增幅,不仅为“十五”计划划上了一个圆满的句号,而且为“十一五”的发展奠定了坚实的基础。
In 2005, Henan Province conscientiously implemented the No. 1 Document of the Central Government and the Opinions of Henan Provincial People’s Government on Further Accelerating the Development of Aquaculture (Yuzheng [2004] No. 74). The development of the aquaculture industry is gratifying. The province’s aquaculture area reached 3.45 million mu, an increase of 393,000 mu compared with 2004. The total output of aquatic products reached 514,000 tons, an increase of 90,000 tons or 21% over 2004. The total output value of aquatic products reached 7.65 billion yuan, up from 2004 Annual increase of 1.8 billion yuan, an increase of 31%; fishermen per capita net income of 3670 yuan, an increase of 130 yuan over 2004. Several major indicators are the highest increases in recent years. They have not only set a successful conclusion for the “10th Five-Year Plan” but also laid a solid foundation for the development of the 11th Five-Year Plan.
