随着司法改革的不断推进,检察干警专业化、职业化的趋势已非常明确,教育培训是提升干警专业能力素质的重要途径,如何改进传统的教育培训模式,使教育培训更好地发挥促进专业化、职业化的效果,适应改革需求,提升检察干警执法能力和综合素质,成为摆在我们面前的一项重要课题。文章试图通过对传统教育培训方式进行分析,发现存在问题,探求解决方式,提出教育培训的新方式,进而提升教育培训效果。
With the continuous promotion of judicial reform, the trend of specialization and professionalization of procuratorial policemen has been very clear. Education and training are important ways to enhance the professional and competent qualifications of police officers and policemen. How to improve the traditional education and training mode so that education and training can better promote professionalism? Therefore, it is an important task for us to adapt to the needs of reform and enhance the law enforcement ability and overall quality of procuratorial police officers and policemen. Through analyzing the traditional education and training methods, the article attempts to find out the existing problems, find solutions and put forward new ways of education and training so as to enhance the effectiveness of education and training.
